Petter Karal is a successful serial entrepreneur. Petter’s career began with strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company, he later built the Norwegian online search engine Kvasir into a profitable 150 person company. He was also CEO of Ezmo, an IT venture funded by FAST. Petter has served on the Board of Anchor Contracting for years and advised on its strategies. Petter holds an MSc in economics from NHH and MBA degree from MIT School of Management.
Niels Brix has a substantial career as commercial executive. With a substantial background from positions in the wind industry and as top management consultant and advisor to P/E funds, he worked with key players in the wind energy sector. He founded the testing facility LORC in Denmark and also served on the Board of the Danish Wind Energy Association (DWIA). Niels is educated at INSEAD and holds a master in law and is a trained Attorney.
Sigurd Ramslie is a experienced technologist with broad, multi-disciplinary expertise. With engineering and development experience from Umoe Oil & Gas, ABB, Vetco, and Anchor Contracting, Sigurd has served as engineering manager on projects such as Åsgard MWA , Gulf of Mexico MWA, and Su Tu Vang MWA. Sigurd holds a Master of Science degree in marine technology from NTH.

He has held and holds top positions in the sector, e.g. as Chairman of the AF Group, Chairman of Njord Floating Wind Power and Board Member of Marineline Chemical.
Nicolas is a partner at Idinvest Partners, a €3.2 Bn pan-European private equity investor. He has been assisting technology companies to grow globally for more than 15 years. He manages today Electranova Capital, the cleantech venture capital fund sponsored by EDF, the 3rd largest utility in the world.
Leader in commercialization and business strategy, with extensive experience as Chair and Board Member Eva started as researcher in oil & gas at SINTEF and then spearheaded Statoil’s R&D department. She then served CEO at ABB Composites and CMO at Kværner Subsea Contracting, both early-stage ventures. She was CEO of the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Oslo for 11 years, and lately CEO at tech incubator Campus Kjeller. Eva holds a PhD degree from NTH, with postdoc at UofM, Ann Arbor.

Frederik also has experience from many company boards, including some of the above companies as well as Wilrig/Odebrecht JV, Ocean Rig, Mercur Subsea Products, MOST Ltd., Nordic Heavy Lift as well as onshore companies; notably within property and real estate.
